Horizon League Swimmers of the Week
Blake Booher
Booher finished 11th overall and posted a U.S. National qualifying time with a 23.70 in the 50-meter freestyle, converted to a 50-yd freestyle time of 20.48, which shares the Horizon League lead. Booher also posted a season-best 46.70 in the 100-yd freestyle and helped the 4x100 meter freestyle relay team that placed seventh overall; just two spots behind defending NCAA champion

Thatcher Carr
Carr claimed wins on both the one and 3-meter boards at the Miami Invitational. He won the 1-meter event with a score of 621.35, more than 80 points higher than the next closest competitor. He also won the 3-meter event by nearly 40 points with a 693.85.
Sarah Wyant
Wyant had a pair of top five finishes at the Miami Invitational, earning fourth-place in the 3-meter board (445) and fifth in the 1-meter with a 474.30.

Chase Gravengood

Gravengood posted season-best times in three events, winning the 100 butterfly in 50.48, the 200 butterfly in 1:52.27 and placing second in the 200 IM, touching the wall in 1:53.40. In addition to the two individual wins, he helped the UWM relay teams to a season-best day, as a part of four different relay teams (400 free/800 free and 200 med/400 med) to set top times for UWM this season.
Joey Weber
Weber won the 200 backstroke in a pool-record 1:54.34 Friday night and followed up Saturday with a pool record 52.17 in the 100 back. He also set a pool record as a member of the 400 medley relay squad (3:32.86) and finished first in the 100 butterfly (53.69) and 200 medley relay (1:38.35)
Elvis Cirikovic
Cirikovic competed in seven events over the weekend with a second-place finish in the 50 free in a Horizon League-high 20.48. He also finished sixth in the 100 butterfly (50.77) and was part of the third-place 200 free relay team and the fifth-place 200-medley team.
Bjorn Schantz
Schantz continued his Horizon League domination in distance freestyle events, swimming to three League-best times at the Miami Invitational. He swam to a top-time of 1:39.89 in the 200 freestyle, then bested his 500 free mark with a 4:31.79. Schantz also added a top League mark in the 1,650 free with a 15:50.22 swim, then helped the 800 free relay to a League-best 6:51.20.

Duggal won the 1650-yd. freestyle in the seven-team field at the House of Champions meet at the IU Natatorium to lead the

Jasinowski placed in the finals of both diving events at the Notre Dame Invitational, making NCAA Zone cuts on both boards. He finished sixth on the 1-meter board with a score of 301.70 and a season-best 335.80 points to finish fourth on the 3-meter board.

Zumstein swept the one and 3-meter boards with a pool record 449.05 score on the 1-meter board as the

DeGrand set three pool records in individual events at the Gene Davis Invitational. She clocked 2:06.38 in the 200 backstroke, 2:09.06 in the 200 IM and 59.26 in the 100 back. DeGrand was also part of two relay teams that set pool records for the 800 freestyle (7:55.23) and 200 free relay (1:39.12)
